After a user successfully connects to an asset through Web Terminal, they can create a sharing link on the page and send the sharing link and verification code to other users.
Other users can access the link, enter the verification code, and after logging in successfully, perform multi-user collaborative operations.
On the Web Terminal session page, you can see all online users in the session.
For activity records of shared session participants, administrators can view them in the "Activity" page under the "Session Management" menu and perform related audit operations.
In the left navigation bar of the console, click Authorization Management.
In the sharing link, you can modify the validity period, operation permissions, and shared users. After completing the settings, click Create sharing link.
Copy the link and verification code to the corresponding user. The user accesses the link, enters the verification code, and after logging in successfully, can perform operations.
